Graduated from the correspondence People's University of Arts named after Nadezhda Konstantinovna
Krupskaya in Moscow, Faculty of Easel Painting.
Member of the Dimitrovgrad artists' creative association «Izograf» since 1988.
Works in various techniques: oil painting, pastel. Participates in all city,
regional exhibitions, cultural events of the city and region.
Has created more than two thousand works.
A professional in many genres: portrait, landscape, still life.
Wood carving is another facet of Alatyrsky's creativity.
In 2010, he was admitted to the Creative Union of Artists of Russia.
