Sergey Olegovich Nazarov was born on October 2, 1987 in the city of Usolye-Sibirskoye, Irkutsk region. He studied at the Irkutsk Art College named after I.L. Kopylov with a degree in Painting, then at the Krasnoyarsk State Art Institute in the creative workshop of easel painting under Professor, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation A.A. Pokrovsky. He graduated from the Institute with a degree in Painting. Graduation triptych "The Legend of Lake Baikal". Since 2015, he has been a Lecturer at the Painting Department of the Siberian State Institute of Arts named after D. Hvorostovsky. He teaches in the creative workshop of Professor A.A. Pokrovsky. Since 2016, he has been a Member of the Union of Artists of Russia.
Sergey Nazarov works in various genres and techniques of painting and graphics; he considers sincerity to be the main principle in his work, therefore, his own visual language and technique are chosen for each piece.
