Artist Svetlana Yashina was born in the Moscow region in 1980. She has been painting under the pseudonym Sveta Silence since 2016, using various mediums: watercolor, pastel, oil, acrylic, bas-relief, textile.
The main styles are Pop Art, Russian eclecticism, and animalistic art.
She is a member of the Professional Union of Artists of Russia and the International Union of Animalistic Artists.
Through her works, Sveta Silence strives to convey that traditional and contemporary art can harmoniously coexist, inspiring each other and opening new horizons for creativity.
One of the works is in the Fund of the State Museum of the History of Cosmonautics. Her paintings are also held in private collections in the USA, Switzerland, Morocco, Azerbaijan, Russia (including F. Kirkorov’s collection).
