Dear friends, I’m Igor Kopeikin, artist, designer, architect, and I’m glad to present my artworks here! I’ve been a member of the Union of Designers since 1998 and a member of the Union of Artists, Painting Department. I received my primary art education at the Serpukhov Art School.
In 1982, I graduated from the Moscow Art School in Memory of 1905, Industrial Graphics Department.
I studied at the Stroganov Moscow State Academy of Art and Design, Interiors Department from 1987 to 1993.
Throughout my artistic life, I have worked as a designer, creating private and public interiors, and with great pleasure I paint and participate in art exhibitions.
We humans live not only physically but also spiritually. Not only here and now, but also somewhere beyond. We peer into the past and look to the future. History, literature, dreams, fairy tales, and fantasies are all part of our consciousness. The knowledge and experience we gain, intertwined with reality, give birth to whimsical images. Our inner world is multifaceted and often contradictory. Sometimes it’s so difficult to come to terms with ourselves and even more difficult to understand each other. But the world around us exists, has existed for a long time, which means there is some kind of harmony, both within and without. The world is harmonious and beautiful! Everything is so colorful and expressive! It is beautiful and expressive even when seemingly nothing is happening. The presence of hidden harmony and beauty in this world gives us hope for the future. My task is to collect and share with you my thoughts, my delight and anxiety, my joy and beauty. My artistic name, Pellegrino, signifies a wanderer in the infinite space of thoughts and images. My painting is a way to share the impressions I’ve gathered along the path of my life with you, dear friends!
