"Free Restraint" is a large-scale, deep abstraction dedicated to the eternal contradiction between the desire for freedom and the need to curb it. On the canvas, as if on a blanket of the night, streams of bright light brushstrokes are spreading - these are streams of energy, and chaotic movements of the spirit, and internal impulses. The work is done in a rich range: blue, black and golden tones dominate here.
