A step-by-step guide for artists

BWORLDART is an international art platform where artists can sell original artworks in a professional, transparent, and secure environment.

You can register for free, prepare your profile, and upload your artworks —
and activate sales when you are ready.

No pressure, no hidden conditions, clear and understandable rules.

Who Can Sell on BWORLDART

BWORLDART is open to artists who create original works of art.

The platform operates on a curated model: we build trust between artists and buyers and take care of key processes — from promotion to logistics.

Step 1. Free Artist Registration

To get started, click Sign up, complete the registration form,
and confirm your email address.
After that, you gain access to your artist dashboard.

At this stage:

• your profile is not visible in search
• artworks cannot be sold
• no payment is required

Registration is always free.

Step 2. Prepare Your Profile and Artworks

Inside your personal dashboard, you can free of charge:

• write your artist bio
• add links to your social media
• upload artworks
• add descriptions and set prices

Important:
Your profile and artworks are stored in the system, but:

• they are not visible to buyers
• they are not available for purchase

This is a preparation mode.
You can take your time and finalize everything before activating sales.

Step 3. Activate Your Profile and Start Selling

To make your profile public and enable sales, you need to activate a subscription.

Artist subscription plans:

• 1 month — €50
• 6 months — €250 (1 month free)
• 12 months — €450 (3 months free)

After subscription activation:

• your profile becomes visible in the BWORLDART catalog and search
• your artworks are published on the platform
• selling functionality is enabled
• your financial dashboard is unlocked

Step 4. How an Artwork Is Sold

1. A buyer places an order and pays for the artwork on BWORLDART
2. The funds are securely held by the platform
3. In your dashboard, the order status changes to “Sold”
4. The amount appears as pending payout

Step 5. Logistics and Shipping

After a sale, you receive:

• a sale notification
• detailed packing and shipping instructions

Then:

• the artist ships the artwork to Austria
• the artwork undergoes verification
• after verification, it is shipped to the buyer

All transportation and logistics costs are covered by BWORLDART.

Step 6. Buyer Verification Period

Once the buyer receives the artwork:

• they have 14 days to inspect it

If there are no claims:

• the order is confirmed
• the funds become available for payout

Step 7. Commission, Finances, and Payouts

In your artist dashboard, you can see:

• current balance
• sales history
• platform commission
• payout history
• order statuses

BWORLDART commission — 50%

The commission covers:

• promotion of the platform and artists
• transportation and logistics expenses
• transaction support and artwork verification

The remaining 50% of the artwork price is paid to the artist.

Subscription Compensation

💡 If an artist has sales during the last paid month, the subscription fee for that month is compensated by extending the subscription for one additional month.

Artist Payouts

Payouts are processed after:

• the artwork has been delivered to the buyer
• the 14-day inspection period has passed
• no claims have been submitted

Funds are transferred to the bank account specified in the artist profile.
Payout frequency and methods may be уточнены later.

What Happens When the Subscription Ends

If the subscription is not renewed:

• the artist profile is hidden from search
• sales are temporarily disabled
• the dashboard and sales history remain accessible
• funds from completed sales do not expire
