Golden Perforation of Being or the «Life Punch Card»?
On the lime-green field of infinite potential, charged with the energy of spring and growth, the golden «Life Punch Card» soars upward. It is a visual philosophy, a coded manifesto of human existence, where abstraction becomes a kind of mirror for the most complex concepts of fate, time, and choice.
The punch card itself, crafted in gold, is both a symbol of the highest value, a reference to ancient artifacts, and a metaphor for the unique, precious code endowed to every life. The Hole-Years: A Palette of the Lived and the Pulse of the Future.
The core of the image is the multicolored holes. Each one represents a year. Each one is an event, emotion, choice, pain, or joy that has left its mark on the golden plate of being. The variety of colors represents the spectrum of human experience: scarlet passions and losses, blue depths of reflection and calm, sunny yellow moments of happiness, emerald sprouts of hope, violet mysteries. The lived years are not just voids; they are meaning-filled slots on the bright background of possibilities, giving them volume and significance.
With this work, I pose the question: Are we programmed? Or are we ourselves the programmers of our destiny, punching new holes of personal choice?
My new painting is not an object on the wall. It is an interface for reflection, inviting each viewer to try to read their own code, to see the palette of their past, and to contemplate the color of the holes they have yet to punch—and fill—in the golden plate of their own destiny on the eternally youthful, lime-green field of being.
