Work from the project «МАТЕРИНСТВО»: yellow is simultaneously the color of joy and anxiety. It is often associated with the sun, childhood, and lightness, but psychologists claim that the dominance of yellow indicates a state of anxiety. Yellow as motherhood is two-faced.
The work was created on a cold April day, when children went out to compete in the raging icy sea, and parents waited for them on the shore, trembling from cold and anxiety, under the piercing sea wind. What awaits the child in the future, how will his life "regatta" unfold, what future awaits him and whether there is one at all?" Motherhood is eternal, lasting until death itself. And even the early death of a child cannot end this state.
