The fourth painting, "Breath," from the series "Rhythms of Life."
The painting breathes in shades of pink — from delicate pink to deep, almost burgundy, alongside blue and green tones. The vertical stripes in the background create a rhythmic structure, reminiscent of a musical staff or thin curtains.
From the bottom, as if from the depths, cut ovals of varying lengths slowly and smoothly rise — they resemble tall hills or tongues of earth covered with patterns of dots and stripes. This is not a jerk, but a viscous, almost weightless ascent. In the upper part of the painting, a single whole oval, several circles, and a semicircle hover, the latter peeking out from behind a vertical stripe, as if holding its breath before fully appearing.
Everything here is subject to the rhythm of slowing down: forms do not collide but flow into one another, they do not explode but exhale. "Breath" is a pause between the power of "Axis of Being" and the tenderness of the next painting, a moment when the world takes in air before quiet happiness.
