To purchase an artwork:

  1. Add the artwork to your cart.
  2. Complete checkout using our secure payment system.
  3. BWORLDART coordinates shipping with the artist or gallery.
  4. After delivery, you have 14 days to inspect the artwork.
  5. Funds are released to the seller after confirmation.

All payments are processed through secure payment providers.

Funds are temporarily held by BWORLDART until:

  • the artwork is delivered
  • the 14-day inspection period expires
  • no claims are submitted

This system protects both the buyer and the seller.

All artworks listed on BWORLDART are original works created by the represented artist.

Artists and galleries confirm the authenticity of each artwork upon listing.

Where applicable, certificates of authenticity may be provided.

BWORLDART reserves the right to request additional documentation if necessary.

Shipping costs are fully covered by BWORLDART.

There are no additional delivery fees for the buyer.

Depending on the countries involved and the specifics of the transaction, BWORLDART uses different logistics models:

  • Direct shipping from the artist or gallery to the buyer
  • Shipping via Austria (inspection and forwarding)
  • Transit logistics via Russia in specific cases

The most suitable shipping route is selected individually for each transaction to ensure safe and efficient international delivery.

All artworks are insured during shipment.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic shipments: 5–7 business days
  • International shipments: 10–20 business daysDelivery times may vary depending on customs procedures and international logistics conditions.

If the artwork arrives damaged:

  • document the condition immediately
  • take photos of the packaging and artwork
  • contact BWORLDART within 48 hours

We will assist in resolving the issue in accordance with our shipping and insurance policies.

After receiving the artwork, you have 14 days to inspect it.

If there is a serious issue (damage, incorrect item, or significant discrepancy), please contact us immediately.

Each case is reviewed individually in accordance with platform policy and applicable regulations.
