The picture represents a visually effective metaphorical exploration of the interaction between visual associations and the musical sound of a popular song from the recent past. The song The House of the Rising Sun (the Rising Sun House) became popular thanks to its performance in 1965 by the group The Animals. The song’s action takes place in New Orleans.
