  1. Who can register as a gallery?

BWORLDART is open to galleries representing artists and working with original

works of art.

  1. Is gallery registration free?

Yes. Registration is free.

Payment is required only to activate the subscription and enable sales

functionality.

  1. Subscription fees for galleries
  • 1 month — €200
  • 6 months — €1000
  • 12 months — €1800

All prices are listed in euros.

  1. What does the subscription include?

The subscription allows the gallery to:

  • be listed in the public BWORLDART catalog
  • sell artworks through the platform
  • receive payments via the platform
  • access a personal dashboard with financial information
  1. Can a gallery upload artworks before activating a subscription?

Yes.

A gallery may create its profile and upload artworks in advance. However, they will

not be visible to buyers until the subscription is activated.

  1. How does a sale work?

The buyer pays for the artwork through the BWORLDART platform.

The funds are temporarily held by the platform until the buyer confirms

receipt.

The gallery or the represented artist ships the artwork according to platform

instructions.

The buyer has 14 days to confirm receipt and inspect the artwork.

After confirmation, the funds are transferred to the gallery minus the platform

commission.

  1. How is shipping organized?

BWORLDART uses three possible delivery models depending on the countries

involved and the specifics of the transaction:7.1. Direct shipping to the buyer

The artwork is shipped directly to the buyer according to platform instructions.

7.2. Shipping via Austria

The artwork is first sent to Austria for inspection and then forwarded to the buyer.

7.3. Shipping with transit via Russia

In certain cases, logistics may involve transit via Russia.

The shipping model is determined individually for each transaction.

  1. Who covers shipping costs?

Shipping costs are covered by BWORLDART.

  1. Who is responsible for organizing shipping?

BWORLDART coordinates the shipping process and provides instructions

regarding packaging and documentation.

The gallery or represented artist is responsible for preparing and securely

packaging the artwork in accordance with platform guidelines.

  1. Are there packaging requirements?

Yes.

Artworks must be securely packaged in accordance with international standards

for transporting fine art.

The platform provides packaging recommendations and guidance.

  1. What commission does the platform charge?

The platform commission is 50% of the final sale price.

The remaining 50% is paid to the gallery.

  1. Is the subscription fee compensated?

If sales occur during the last paid subscription month, that month’s subscription

fee is compensated in the form of a one-month extension.

  1. When does the gallery receive payment?

Payment is released after:

  • delivery of the artwork to the buyer
  • expiration of the 14-day inspection period
  • no claims or disputes from the buyer
  1. Where can the gallery track sales and payments?

In the personal dashboard, the gallery can view:

  • account balance
  • sales history
  • commissions
  • payouts
  • order statuses
  1. How are payouts processed?

Payouts are transferred to the bank account specified in the gallery profile, in

accordance with platform rules and payment provider requirements.

  1. What documents may be required?

The platform may request documentation necessary to comply with applicable

laws and payment provider requirements (such as company registration details, tax

information, or agreements with represented artists).

  1. Is there a curatorial policy?

Yes.

Galleries must comply with BWORLDART’s curatorial policy.

The following content is prohibited:

  • content that violates applicable laws
  • promotion of violence
  • extremism
  • political propaganda
  • pornographic material
  • pedophilia
  • explicit sexual content
  • discriminatory content based on gender, race, religion, nationality, or other

protected characteristics

The platform reserves the right to decline artworks that do not align with its

curatorial standards and values.

  1. Can the platform suspend or terminate cooperation?

Yes.

BWORLDART reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate

cooperation in cases of:

  • violation of the curatorial policy
  • submission of false or misleading information
  • breach of contractual terms
  • financial or legal risks
  1. Can a gallery pause sales?

Yes.

A gallery may temporarily suspend sales while maintaining its profile and stored

data within the system.

  1. Who owns the copyright?

Copyright remains with the artist.

By uploading artworks, the gallery confirms it has the legal right to sell them and

grants BWORLDART the right to use artwork images for promotional and sales

related purposes.

  1. Can a gallery sell artworks outside the platform?

Yes.

Galleries retain the right to sell artworks independently.

If an artwork listed on the platform is sold elsewhere, the gallery must promptly

update its status in the dashboard.
